How to use this
Reading Ask answers does not require an account or birth details. Browsing is separate from choosing a personal read. When you choose to carry a question over, a guarded cookie takes it to the calculator. That lasts up to 30 minutes. The cookie is cleared once the question lands in the form. You can edit the question before you send it.
The calculator may also keep a part-filled form in this browser. Clearing the handoff cookie does not remove that draft. Saving a read to an account is a separate step again.
Share only what your question needs. Leave out the names of firms and workmates, private files and account numbers. The privacy page covers what is stored and who helps run the service. It also covers how long data is kept and how to ask for a copy.
