Terms of service.
The rules of the road when you use Astrofluence. Each section starts with a short summary, followed by the fuller terms. Read the summary if you are short on time; read the full section before you sign up if you want every word.
01Welcome and acceptance
At a glance
By using Astrofluence, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not sign up.
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Astrofluence Ltd ("we", "us", or "Astrofluence") and govern your use of the website at astrofluence.com, the calculator, the saved workspace, the chat, the emails we send you, and any other product we offer under the Astrofluence name (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, requesting a sign-in link, or clicking a button that says you accept these terms, you confirm that you have read them, understood them, and agree to be bound by them.
02What Astrofluence is
At a glance
We read your birth chart through a career-specific lens and give you a workspace to keep working with the read.
Astrofluence reads your birth chart with a focus on career direction, timing, work style, and money pattern. The free tier delivers a complete read you can keep forever. Paid tiers add a natal chart wheel, an astrocartography read for your current city, and a chat that already has the chart and signals as context.
The Service is for personal use. If you want to use Astrofluence with clients in any commercial setting, contact us at hi@astrofluence.com for a separate licence.
03Your account · magic-link only
At a glance
No passwords. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep your inbox secure.
Astrofluence uses magic-link authentication. We never ask you to set or store a password. When you sign in, we send a one-time link to your email address, valid for 15 minutes and single-use only.
You are responsible for the security of the email account you use to sign in. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
04Free read, trial, and subscription
At a glance
The first read is free. The trial lasts 3 days. After the trial we charge the plan price shown at checkout. The current plans are $12.90/month and $129/year. We always tell you before we charge.
The free read is available without payment information. You keep it whether or not you ever subscribe.
The 3-day trial unlocks the natal chart wheel, the astrocartography section, and the chat with chart context. To start the trial we collect payment information through Stripe. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged for the plan you selected until you cancel.
Prices may change. We will give you at least 30 days notice before any change applies to your account, and the change will only take effect at your next renewal.
05Cancelling and refunds
At a glance
Cancel any time from settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are case by case.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing, or by emailing hi@astrofluence.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer routine pro-rated refunds for partial months. If you cancel within 24 hours of being charged and have not used any paid feature, contact us and we will refund the most recent charge in full.
06Astrology is not advice
At a glance
Astrofluence is a framework for reflection, not professional advice. Do not use it as a substitute for legal, medical, or financial guidance.
The reads, signals, roadmaps, chat, and any other output of the Service are produced from a symbolic framework. They are not a substitute for professional advice, a prediction, a diagnosis, or a recommendation to take or avoid any specific course of action.
Consult a qualified professional for decisions about your health, finances, legal rights, or another person’s wellbeing. We accept no liability for outcomes that follow from treating Astrofluence as advice.
07Using the service responsibly
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to harm yourself or others.
- Read or share information about a third party without their consent.
- Attempt to access another user’s account, workspace, or chart data.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the Service.
- Use the Service to train a competing product without our written permission.
- Bypass any rate limit, paywall, or access control.
If we believe in good faith that you have broken these rules, we may suspend or end your access without notice.
08Your content and your data
At a glance
The content you create in your workspace belongs to you. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your personal data.
Your saved reads, chat history, roadmap, week tasks, and notes remain your content. You give us a limited licence to store, display, and process that content so we can provide the Service to you.
We may use anonymised, aggregated patterns to improve the chart engine, the reads, and the chat. We will never share or sell your individual content, your chart, your birth details, or your identity.
09Our content and intellectual property
The Astrofluence name, logo, brand, illustrations, framework, chart visualisations, editorial copy, website, and source code are owned by us or our licensors. We licence them to you for personal use of the Service while your subscription is active.
You may share screenshots of your own read with attribution. You may not republish substantial parts of the editorial content, or white-label, mirror, or resell the Service without a separate agreement.
10Service availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the Service offline for maintenance and may add, remove, or change features. Where a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will notify you in advance.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event, or $100, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12Ending the relationship
You can end the relationship at any time by cancelling and asking us to delete your account. We can end it by giving you 30 days notice, or immediately if you materially breach these terms. When the relationship ends, your saved read and workspace content are deleted after 30 days.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. By continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
14Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except that you may bring a claim in your country of residence if local consumer law gives you that right.
