We use your birth details to calculate your birth chart. Your current city sets the place for your solar return chart. You can use their meaning to explore a work pattern. This does not prove a skill or predict what comes next.
What we calculate
Everything in this section is computable: same inputs, same chart, every time.
Planetary positions
Your birth date, time and place tell us where the Sun, Moon and planets were. A chart service does the sums, based on astronomy. We use the tropical zodiac, a system based on the seasons. We then read these as symbols.
Houses
Your chart has twelve houses, or areas linked to parts of life. Their positions depend on your birth time and place. We use the Placidus house system to calculate them. Change the time or place and the houses move. That’s why we ask for both.

What we interpret
The moment we say "a Capricorn Midheaven tends to build authority through evidence", we have moved from astronomy into a symbolic language. Astronomy gives us the sky-position data. Astrology gives us a symbolic language for reflection. Astrofluence keeps those separate.

Your lines near a city, read by the corner of your chart each one sits on: your public role, how you show up, home and rest, or the people you draw. Under 300 km a line reads loud, up to about 700 km it still counts. That’s our rule of thumb, not advice to move.
Numerology
First, we add numbers using fixed rules. The same inputs give the same result. Then we interpret the number as a symbol. A “5 year” can prompt you to think about change.
Sum every digit of the birth date, then reduce the total repeatedly, stopping at the master numbers 11, 22, and 33.
15 July 1990 → 1+9+9+0+0+7+1+5 = 32 → 3+2 = 5
25 October 2001 → 2+0+0+1+1+0+2+5 = 11, a master number, so it stays 11 instead of reducing to 2.
Birth month + birth day + the universal year (the digits of the current year summed), reduced to a single digit. Master numbers are not preserved here.
Born 15 July, in 2026: universal year 2+0+2+6 = 10; then 7 + 15 + 10 = 32 → 3+2 = 5. A 5 personal year.
Popular books sometimes reduce each component before summing, or add the life path to the year. Our formula is the one above, documented exactly as the product computes it, so what you read here never diverges from what the app does.
