“Growth” can mean different things: a skill, your income, the number of clients, your responsibility, or your workload. Name which one an offer would increase. More work is not automatically better work.
Before saying yes, ask:
- What would I learn or be able to do afterward?
- What time, money, and help would it require?
- What existing commitment would need to shrink?
- Can I try a smaller version first?
Keep the actual terms next to the promise. A large audience or impressive title does not remove costs.
