A stalled project needs a specific check, not a judgment about your talent. Find the last action you completed and the exact action that should have followed it.

Look for the missing condition
Did the next step need time you had not booked, information you did not have, or someone else’s reply? Was the task too large to finish in the hours available?
Also check whether you still want the result. Keeping an old promise to yourself is different from choosing a project now. You may decide to reduce it, pause it, or stop.
Keep a short list of questions you cannot answer yet, and choose the one that must be answered before work can continue.
An imagined example
Imagine you want to make a short course but keep rewriting the plan. Your next useful step might be one sample lesson for one willing reader. That gives you a response to learn from before you build the rest.
Make a smaller agreement
Write what you will complete, when you will work on it, and what you will deliberately leave out. Choose a result that fits the time you really have, including other responsibilities.
Review after that step. Continuing, changing the plan, and closing the project are all possible decisions. A career read can support that reflection, but cannot supply time, customer demand, or a guarantee that the idea will work.
