Why do I keep burning out?

The short answer

Repeated exhaustion deserves attention, not a judgment about your character. Workload, limited control, poor support and demands outside work may all matter. This page cannot tell you whether you have burnout or another health condition.

Look beyond your productivity

Review a normal week rather than your most difficult day. Note your hours, interruptions, responsibilities and chances to rest. Ask which demands you can influence and which require someone else to act.

Being needed is not the same as being supported. If everything depends on you being available, a better planner may not solve the problem. The amount of work or how it is shared may need to change.

Example: the overload returns

Imagine taking a break and returning to the same backlog, staffing gaps and late requests. The break did not change those conditions. A useful next conversation would name the workload that must stop, move or be shared.

Choose support, not another test of endurance

Write down one change you need and who could help make it happen. Ask a qualified health professional about persistent exhaustion, sleep problems or symptoms that concern you. You do not need to prove you have reached a breaking point before seeking help.

Astrology can offer questions about routines and boundaries. It cannot diagnose burnout, explain symptoms or replace care. A job that interests you can still have harmful working conditions.
