Friday 16 October 2026. Pluto goes forward again.
Pluto turns forward again. Shifts in control at work that stalled can move. Where it lands depends on your chart: the same degree is someone’s 10th house and someone else’s 4th.

What today means for your work
The math is real. The meaning is reflective.
01 · In the sky
Pluto turns direct at 3° Aquarius
From Earth, Pluto has looked like it's moving backwards. On 16 October it pauses at 3° Aquarius, then starts to move forward again. Venus is still retrograde until 14 November. The date and the degree are calculated.
02 · At work
What you've outgrown at work
Pluto is about power, control and what has to end so something else can grow. Aquarius is about teams, networks and new ways of working. Together they ask which group, system or work habit you've outgrown.
03 · One move
Name one thing to let go of
On 16 October, write down one meeting, role or group you keep out of habit. Next to it, note what you'd do with that time. Decide by 14 November, when Venus turns direct, whether you'll drop it.
