The pattern
How this pattern works
The Connector pattern scores when Venus and Mercury share the career axis with the Moon and Jupiter in support, often through Libra, Gemini, Aquarius, or Cancer placements and emphasis in the 3rd, 7th, or 11th houses. Work goes well through collaboration, a living network, and the timing sense that brings the right people and ideas together. The 10th-house reputation is built on trust and useful introductions; the 2nd house benefits when the shared purpose is named clearly enough to be paid for.
What it can hide
The hidden cost is saying yes to keep the peace, which fills the calendar and empties the 6th-house focus.
A useful move
The useful move is one clear ask inside a relationship that matters to the work.
