The pattern
How this pattern works
The Guide pattern scores when the Moon and Jupiter carry the career axis with Neptune in support, often through Cancer, Virgo, Pisces, or Sagittarius placements and emphasis in the 4th, 6th, 9th, or 12th houses. Work goes well when it is meaningful, trust is real, and there is evidence that the support helps someone move. The 6th house shows the daily service; the 2nd house is where Guides often under-value the work because helping feels like it should be free.
What it can hide
The hidden cost is carrying people who have not chosen to change, which drains energy and blurs the line between support and responsibility.
A useful move
The useful move is offering one clear next step and leaving the answer with the person.
Limit of the read
the score describes where care wants to flow, not a diagnosis of anyone else and not a rule about who deserves that care.
