Why do Sundays feel heavy before work?
The short answer
Feeling uneasy before the workweek can have more than one cause. You may be anticipating a task, an interaction, an overloaded calendar or the loss of time for yourself. Naming the concern is more useful than calling the whole job wrong.

Ask what Monday represents
Write the sentence “Tomorrow I am worried about…” and finish it with a specific event. Then separate what is known from what you are imagining.
Is there a meeting you need to prepare for? A deadline that is unrealistic? A conflict that needs support? Or have you had too little rest? Different concerns need different responses. A Sunday planning routine cannot fix every workplace problem.
Example: one difficult meeting
If a Monday meeting is the main concern, prepare the question you need answered and the facts you want to bring. That is a bounded action. Rehearsing every possible outcome all evening is not required to be prepared.
Keep the next step small
Choose one useful preparation task, then leave room for time away from work. If the feeling repeats, track what happens during the week and consider speaking to someone who can help change the conditions.
Persistent anxiety, low mood or sleep problems deserve qualified support. Astrofluence can help you reflect on work routines, but cannot diagnose what you are feeling or tell you that your chart causes Sunday distress.
